Deleting your account

Last updated: 26 August 2026

You can delete your Aspectly account and the data behind it at any time, without asking us and without explaining why. There are two ways to do it: from inside the app, which is immediate, or by writing to us, which is there for when you can no longer sign in.

From inside the app

  1. Open Aspectly and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. The deletion runs straight away and cannot be undone.

By email

If you have lost access to the app or cannot sign in, write to support@vibesapps.co from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may have to ask you something only the account holder would know before we act, because a deletion request we cannot attribute is a way to erase somebody else. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your birth details and chart, the people you have saved and their charts, your readings, your streak — along with your sign-in credentials, so the account itself stops existing rather than becoming dormant. If you used Aspectly before September 2026, anything left from the matching feature goes with it.

Deletion is permanent. We keep no copy you can be restored from, and support cannot bring an account back after the fact.

What is kept, and why

Where the law requires us to retain specific records we do so for as long as it requires, and no longer — for example transaction records held for accounting purposes, or material relating to a safety report filed before the matching feature was removed. This is the same exception described in our Privacy Policy, and it never includes your birth details, your chart, or the people you saved.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Premium is billed by Google Play or the App Store, not by us, and it keeps renewing until you cancel it there. Cancel first, in Google Play → Subscriptions or App Store → Subscriptions, and then delete the account.
