These are the terms you agree to by using Aspectly. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — the parts that matter most are what the app is for, what it is not, and what you take on when you enter someone else's birth details.
What changed in September 2026. Aspectly no longer has a dating or matching feature. Sections 2 and 5a described a service with profiles, messaging, blocking and moderation; none of that exists in the app any more and the text has been replaced rather than reworded.
By downloading or using Aspectly you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Aspectly computes your astrological birth chart and compares it with the charts of people you enter yourself — a partner, a friend, a relative, a colleague — and writes about what the comparison suggests. It also gives you your own natal chart, a daily reading, and an AI guide you can ask about either.
Aspectly is not a dating service. There are no profiles other users can see, no matching, and no way for one user to contact another through the app.
Astrological and AI-generated content is for interest and self-reflection only. It is not professional advice — medical, psychological, legal or financial — and must not be relied on as such. Always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for important decisions. A compatibility score is not a prediction about a relationship, and nothing in the app is a statement about the person you compared yourself with.
Aspectly is 18+. Age is worked out from the birth date you enter for your chart, and onboarding stops if it puts you under 18.
You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the birth data you enter.
You are also responsible for the data you enter about other people. To compare two charts Aspectly needs the other person's birth date, time and place, and a name to label them by. Only add someone whose birth details you are comfortable holding, and remember that they are that person's data as well as yours. What you enter is never shown to any other user, but it is still real information about a real person.
You can delete any saved person in the app at any time.

Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings — we cannot cancel on your behalf. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; the store’s refund policy applies.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no abuse of the AI or our infrastructure, no scraping, and no using the service to harass anyone or to break the law.

Enforcement. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules. Write to support@vibesapps.co to reach us, including to dispute a suspension.
What we don't promise. Readings are generated from astrological data and are offered for interest and reflection. They are not advice about a relationship, and they are not a substitute for talking to the person they are about.
The app, its content and its branding are owned by Mustafa Erkoç. Readings generated for you are yours to use personally; the app and its systems remain ours.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mustafa Erkoç is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on astrological or AI-generated content.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top.
